The successful candidate plans, allocates resources, and manages the ongoing inspections, maintenance, and vendor contracts and technical support activities required to ensure that airport facilities are in a safe, efficient, clean, and serviceable condition at all times. Facilities include all buildings, structures, grounds, systems, vehicles, equipment and tools required to maintain and operate the airport on a daily basis. Candidates should have experience in project management and managing facilities and maintenance operations at a equivalent sized commercial airport or similar public utility, public works or large commercial industrial complex.

Requires bachelor degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Public or Business Administration plus three (3) years’ experience in facilities maintenance at an equivalent sized commercial, industrial or government facility, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Ability to pass 10-year criminal history records check and TSA Security Threat Assessment is required.
