Incumbent will monitor airfield and terminal activities to insure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), state and local regulations and internal operating procedures. Incumbent will monitor and operate communications equipment, respond to airfield and terminal emergencies and resolve tenant requests and complaints. Rotating shifts and weekend work are required.

Persons who do not reside in the City of St. Louis must take up residence within the City of St. Louis within 120 days of completing a six month probationary period if hired. EOE
Requires: A Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Administration or a related field OR, four years of full-time paid experience in aviation administration. Must be familiar with airport operations, communications systems, safety procedures and FAA regulations.
Additional Salary Information: A commuting allowance of $141.00 bi-weekly is paid to City employees of St. Louis Lambert International Airport after taking residence in the City of St. Louis.
