PURPOSE: Manage Aviation Division leases, primarily within Ground Transportation (GT) and serve as a liaison between the Port, tenants and customers.
Provide essential services to the Port of Seattle by managing key business relationships at Sea-Tac International Airport, as landlord, to the Port’s many GT tenants and customers. Provide high-level negotiation, financial analysis, communication and account management for the Port’s new and existing airport GT tenants. Engage in decision-making for the highest and best use of leased areas, interim uses and justification and development of potential capacity-related capital projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: Combination of education and experience demonstrative knowledge, skills and abilities equivalent to:
Bachelor’s degree; and
Four (4) years of experience in real estate management, property management, or facility management.
Master’s degree; and
Five (5) years of experience in real estate management, property management, facility management, contract management or transferable experience, preferably in an Airport Landside setting.
