Position open until filled. The Director of Finance is responsible for airport financial management, budget preparation assistance, purchasing, and similar support functions.
Incumbent must be able to pass a federal background check and security threat assessment, and have and maintain a valid driver license, and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
College degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years of similar work experience.
Thorough knowledge of financial management theories and techniques, budgetary and fiscal management procedures for public agencies, prior full-charge bookkeeping experience preferred.
Knowledge of governmental accounting principles and practices.
Advanced computer ability with spreadsheet software (Excel), Quickbooks, Word processing (Word), and various internet applications
