Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture
· 8 + years senior level Project / Program Management and controls experience in complex, transportation infrastructure and technology projects
· Design, construction and procurement aviation experience
· Noted Project Management experience in one or more of the following areas: Terminals, Airside, Roadways, Utilities, Cargo and Infrastructure (Fueling, Cogen).
· Airport operations and airport capital improvement programs
· PE / RE in NY or NJ
