TBI Airport Management, Inc., located at the Ontario International Airport, in Ontario, California, is currently looking for a Management Analyst!
Under the general supervision of the Manager of ONT, Airside, the Management Analyst performs a variety of duties as directed, including lease management, budget preparation, and contractual management.
Major Responsibilities and Functions:
Prepares and reviews clear and concise technical, statistical, and narrative reports and other written materials in a variety of areas including airport leases, environmental contracts, permitting, rent, etc.
Provides recommendations to management based on conducted analysis.
Submits proposed contracts and leases to corporate Legal department for approval.
Assists with budget preparation, revision and oversight, and control of expenditures.
Provides financial and operational reports, as required and/or requested.
Serves as a liaison between TBI, OIAA, FAA, and other Airport or Company stakeholders.
Ensure adherence with all OSHA requirements.
Purchases office equipment, supplies and services which includes working with vendors, negotiating orders, verifying deliveries and preparing and completing inventory protocol.
Maintains a working knowledge of all applicable Airport computer systems, budget management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Assists with answering and screening phone calls in a professional manner, responding to inquiries, greeting visitors, taking messages, prioritizing important calls and contacting appropriate persons.
Responsible for handling confidential information.
Maintains accurate records, files, contracts, and agreements.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree with course work in business management/administration or related field or equivalent education/experience.

Exceptional administrative and organizational skills, outstanding attention to detail and the experience to get up to speed quickly.
The ability to think well on his/her feet and to solve problems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/assignments simultaneously.
Ability to proactively assess the needs of others.
Must exercise accuracy, discretion, good judgment, attention to detail, courtesy, tact and patience.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other TBI employees, airline employees, vendors and subcontractors.
Strong computer skills, knowledge and proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Employment on Airport property is contingent upon completion of an education/experience background investigation and a fingerprint-based criminal history record check to be granted a security badge as mandated by the Transportation Security Administration.
Possession of valid California Class C Driver’s License at time of hire and to be maintained during the course of employment.
Must be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
While performing the duties of the position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the course of daily activities. The employee is occasionally required to climb, lift, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is required to work on a computer, in addition to doing paper work.
Position involves encounters with members at every level of the organization, airline employees, vendors, subcontractors and members of the public, and requires a sense of responsibility to provide a high level of customer service and accurate information. The position involves stress associated with responding to/solving problems.
