This is a full-time position and may require weekend, holiday and/or after hours work. Starting pay is approximately $1800.00 per two-week pay period depending upon qualifications. (A) Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in aviation management, business administration, public administration, or a related field; (B) Eight (8) years of progressively responsible related experience with at least five (5) years supervisory experience, with preference in an aviation setting; or, (C) Any equivalent combination of related education and experience. Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: (A) Knowledge of General Aviation airport operations (B) Knowledge of aircraft refueling equipment and vehicle maintenance (C) Knowledge of wide variety of maintenance practices; (D) Ability to communicate orally and in writing, and, to prepare and analyze complex reports; (E) Ability to effectively supervise staff; (F) Ability to establish and maintain effective and successful working relationships; (G) Ability to use tools and equipment as necessary to meet job requirements: and, (H) Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. (I) Knowledge of accounting software (Quickbooks) and book-keeping practices.
