Plans, develops, and manages the procurement and contracting functions of the Airport Authority. Ensures all contracts and procurement documents are compliant and are properly assessed and maintained to protect the Airport Authority’s rights and are in accordance with policies and state laws.
Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Accounting or related field. Five (5) years’ experience in accounting principles and practices, purchasing and/or auditing. Demonstrated supervisory/management experience. Knowledge of receiving and inventory functions, budget preparation and business planning. Excellent human relations, written and verbal communication, math, planning and management skills. Active Certified Public Accountant license in the State of Tennessee preferred.
