Provide leadership and management to a current team of 17 diverse professionals and some additional seasonal staff in the delivery of exceptional customer experience to the traveling public at Sea-Tac International Airport.

QUALIFICATIONS: Combination of education and experience demonstrative knowledge, skills and abilities equivalent to:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Aviation, Hospitality, or related field;
Five (5) years of experience in customer/public service environment; and
Five (5) years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Airport Management, Airport Operations, Aviation Security, or related field;
Five (5) years of experience in an Airline/Airport management role; and/or
Airport Councils International (ACI) Certified and/or Airport Certified Employee (ACE)with American Association of Airport Employees (AAAE).
