The Pitkin County Human Resources team is growing and we are thrilled to announce the addition of Business Partners to our talented team of HR gurus. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Human Resources, our Business Partners will execute a broad spectrum of tactical and strategic human resource management disciplines. These key positions will excel at developing partnerships and credibility throughout assigned business units – providing trusted counsel and perspective on human capital management. This position will be responsible for supporting the Aspen Airport, Public Works, Public Health and Human Services from recruitment through off boarding and everything in between.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree; AND five years of professional level human resource management experience which includes three years in a generalist capacity; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Technical expertise within the HR body of knowledge required. Skillful verbal and written communication talent required. PHR and/or SHRM-CP designation highly desired.
