The Broward County Aviation Department which operates the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and the North Perry Airport is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Airport Manager - Airlines. The selected candidates' primary responsibilities will be focused on resolving policy questions and concerns with airlines and conducting tenant relations, lease agreement negotiations, maintenance, compliance and enforcement, terminal building development and expansion, and the supervision and development of the Airlines Team that consists of three Business Specialists. The Airport Manager works closely with the Air Service Development Team to promote the Airport and accommodate new service. The position also maintains all permits associated with tenant service providers at the Airport. The incumbent must be able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and be adept at managing multiple projects professionally and timely with the ability to deliver results and resolve matters involving competing priorities. Requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or closely related field. Requires four (4) years in airport management related to Airlines Management including one (1) year supervisory experience.
