We are searching for an individual with demonstrated leadership, communication and strategic skills as the Director, Revenue Generation & Partnership Development.
1.Directs development of the department budget and work practices required to meet strategic and operational objectives.
2.Oversees and coordinates the administration and implementation of comprehensive revenue management programs including, but not limited to, concessions, leasing, real estate, and parking contracts.
3.Develops, recommends and administers policies and procedures governing the airport’s real estate and commercial business assets.
4.Identifies, creates and leads key strategic partnerships with external agencies to develop sponsorship opportunities to promote revenue generation.
5.Directs and manages the preparation of leases, easements and other real estate documents in accordance with Authority policies and regulatory requirements or directives.
6.Provides leadership and coaching necessary to attract, develop and retain a highly competent, diverse, customer oriented staff.

Education & Requirements:
Graduation from a four-year college or university;
Eight years of progressively responsible business development, real estate management or commercial leasing experience, of which at least five were in a supervisory or program management capacity;
Or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Depending on experience, hiring range is $106,962 - $150,000.
