Education: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school.
Knowledge/Skills: Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and to deal professionally, courteously, and effectively with the general public. Must possess professional telephone etiquette. Must be able to operate basic computer programs. Must be able to operate aircraft refuelers, aircraft tugs, and maintenance equipment with the aid of special devices.
Physical Demands: Must be able to climb ladders, perform heavy lifting and/or pushing as required to fuel aircraft. Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, holiday hours, weekends and overtime as needed or directed. Proper uniform attire must be worn at all times to include hearing protection on the flight line. Primary duties require working outside in all elements of weather. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license, be insurable, and pass a background check.
