This position is located in Daytona Beach, Florida at the Daytona Beach International Airport and will be responsible for property management/development (property accounting, contract negotiations, contract management, and revenue maximization), tenant relations, finance, administration and business strategy planning, and implementation activities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Airline/Airport Management, or related field and a minimum of seven (7) years Finance/Airport/Airline Management experience.
Must possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
A comparable amount of education, training, or experience may be substituted for the minimum educational qualifications.
The preferred candidate will have a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Airline/Airport Management, or related field and have received their A.A.E through the American Association of Airport Executives.
A valid pilot's license, financial certifications, or real estate license is a plus.
