OBJECTIVE Extend and procure airport leases for Signature Flight Support
SUMMARY Provides implementation of the expansion process of airport master leases engagement, interaction with airports as well as support, analysis for associated projects. Assists with preparing presentations, negotiations and other support as may be required to interact with airports and achieve lease extensions and a healthy relationship between Signature and its lease providers
Position will be remote but requires heavy Travel
JOB DESCRIPTION
Create and coordinate with SVP, Airport Relations on proposals and presentations for airport authorities.
Engage Airport Point of Contacts by setting appointments, attending meetings and conferences.
Assist in Capital Planning and coordination of projects as it pertains to airport opportunities and subsequent lease extensions.
Negotiates airport agreements and contracts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes, but are not limited to the following:
- The initiation of Airport agreements (or their extension) by engaging appropriate airport Point of Contacts in the search for consistent service opportunities and financial objectives that are in Signature’s best interest.
- Communicate and Coordinate all activities with the all necessary Corporate disciplines (Finance, Legal, HOUR, etc.), and General Managers.
- Monitor contract status, resolve issues to include dispute resolutions and amend contracts as required.
- Create and recommend strategic plans as it relates to airport lease extensions and new opportunities to ensure the Company’s initiatives are meet.
- Responsible for assuming the leadership position in the preparation of bid proposals, presentations and submittals (contract renewals, RFP's, etc).
- Represents Signature Flight Support at industry meetings functions.
- Presents papers or makes presentations pertinent to airport leases or associated activities.
- Always performs at the highest levels ethically and professionally; embeds the Company Values into all work.
- Meets the Company’s attendance standards for this position.
- Able to travel frequently for trips that are both planned as well as unexpected. Three days a week on average .
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year College; or four plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Real Estate and Airport knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in airport administration, relations and negotiations.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Possesses financial knowledge to negotiate terms and conditions of agreements between Airports.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- Must be willing to work alone with little oversight.
- Computer proficiency – use of Microsoft Office suite
