Under the general direction of the Airport Operations Supervisor, the Airport Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting with the daily operation of the Kenai Municipal Airport (ENA) and monitoring airport safety and building systems, assuring continuous safety and security compliance with (Federal Aviation Regulations) FAR Part 139, Part 77, (Transportation Security Regulations) TSR Part 1542, the Airport Certification Manual, the Airport Security Program, the City of Kenai Rules and Regulations, and other applicable federal, state, and local statutes, regulations and requirements.
