Position Purpose The Senior Airport Operations Officer (Security) is a lead position within the Security Office and must be familiar with 49 CFR Parts 1540 and 1542, the Airport Security Program (ASP), and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Security Directives. Senior Airport Operations Officer oversees, inspects, and evaluates airport operations both land side and airside to ensure safety, security, and to achieve compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. Assists emergency services and coordinates responses.
