The Des Moines Airport Authority is currently hiring an Operations and Security Manager which is a key component of the Authorities management team. This position is responsible for leading a diverse team of professionals, developing a positive team culture, management of the certification and safety compliance programs, enforcement of tenant lease provisions, airport security program requirements, rules and regulations, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations; coordination and oversight of day-to-day tenant and public airside and landside operations.
