CLASS SUMMARY: Responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls as well as monitoring various airport safety and security systems. Through interpretation of information received, responsible for determining appropriate allocation of resources and dispatching police, fire, operations and maintenance units as appropriate. Position requires multitasking in a fast-paced airport environment and the ability to maintain situational awareness at all times.
