The Terminal Operations Program Manager, under the general guidance of the Director of Facilities and Terminal Operations and direct supervision of the Deputy Director, plans, coordinates, implements and manages Terminal Operations Programs and service activities for the airport including educating customers and stakeholders, ensuring responsiveness to customer concerns, measuring customer satisfaction to improve procedures, processes and practices to enhance customer service delivery, and fosters relationships with the customers; and service as a department liaison to other divisions, departments, outside agencies, and the Wayne County Airport Authority Board of Directors.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
4 or more years of program management and frontline customer service experience including supervisory responsibilities.
Proficient with Office Suite Software (Core - Email, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Presentation).
Experienced with or be able to learn how to use web-based software to manage a phone system and volunteer management system.
Have a valid Driver's License and a safe, acceptable driving record.
