Required Knowledge, Experience, And Training • Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Real Estate, Aviation Administration, or related field, and • 3 years of experience in commercial real estate activities such as buying, selling, and contract and property management, or • An equivalent combination of education and or experience • Responds to inquiries regarding real estate and revenue contracts
Preferred Knowledge, Experience, And Training • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial real estate activities such as buying, selling, and contract and property management, including commercial airport properties • Functional knowledge of aviation industry rules, regulations, and procedures
