The Program Manager is a seasoned project management professional with a deep history of diverse project management experiences including managing large, complex, multi-year initiatives. This is a highly collaborative, individual contributor role that interfaces with many internal Avports and County departments, as well as senior executives. The primary role and responsibilities include preparing and managing the Westchester County Airport annual capital program; managing the design, planning, and construction support for multi-discipline projects on airside, landside and buildings at HPN; and administering service contracts related to critical infrastructure and utilities.
