In this at-will Assistant Director position, you will direct the Business and Administration Division at the Colorado Springs Airport, including the Design & Construction, Marketing & Communications, Air Service Development, and Finance & Properties team functions. This is accomplished by planning, organizing, and managing the day-to-day and developmental activities of the Airport, communicating the goals of the Division to all staff, business partners, and stakeholders, establishing and maintaining relationships with various Airport stakeholders, ensuring understanding and compliance of regulations, and measuring the effectiveness of the Division.
