GENERAL SUMMARY. This is a management position with responsibilities for air and land side operation of Indianapolis International Airport. This employee represents (IAA) in situations where IAA remaining staff is off-duty, (evenings, weekends and holidays.) While on duty, employee is responsible for coordinating routine activities at the airport will provide direction and assistance to IAA employees; serve as liaison to airlines, tenants and assist passengers.
