The Airport Property Manager is primarily responsible for property management and development at the Corpus Christi International Airport. Candidate will create and implement strategies to expand airport commercial development including a wide variety of airport real estate activities, lease administration, and contract negotiations. The position will serve as a property manager, tenant liaison, contract administrator, new business developer, and compliance officer. This position requires a high level of analytical, reading, and writing skills and must maintain organized files that meet City and FAA audit standards. Responsibilities include airport lease compliance and oversight. Key functions are maintaining accurate lease files, monitoring performance, and ensuring the timely
