The Airport Intern will join the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) team from June 1, 2024 - December 1, 2024 to complete a 6 month internship which covers all aspects of airport operations including: wildlife and wetlands management, snow and ice removal, USDA, FAA and TSA regulations, ARFF, landside and airside operations to include line management and badging. The intern will also complete an airport related project which will be assigned based on the operational needs of the Airport. The Airport Intern must be receiving college credits, currently enrolled in an accredited college or university studying Aviation Management or a related field, or a recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation date) in order to qualify for this position.
