Full-time position available with the Aviation Department, Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport located at 900 NW Richards Road. Directs the operations and maintenance personnel in the operations of the Downtown Airport. Functions as the incident commander for all aircraft emergencies and assumes operational control of the airport during emergencies. Coordinates all necessary activities and agencies to mitigate the emergency situation and return the airport to normal operations.
