Aviation Property Manager Bachelor's degree in Public Admin. Business Admin. Aviation Business Administration, or related field. One year of exp. in the mgmt.. of comm. properties and/or facilities is required. Additional exp. in the management of comm. properties and/or facilities may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Applicants qualifying for employ with the Miami Dade Aviation Dept. will be subject to extensive security screening, including but not limited to fingerprint checks, employment verification and such other procedures as may be mandated by federal law. The security clearance required by federal law is a continuing condition of employment.
