Reporting to the Director of Real Estate and Airline Affairs, this position is responsible for the management of assigned commercial properties, which are contractually leased to airlines, airline related tenants, the airport hotel, transportation shuttle companies and passenger service tenants for the purpose of generating revenue streams to MAC at the Minneapolis - Saint Paul International Airport. Manages tenant lease documents, which includes MAC’s Airline Operating Agreement and Terminal Building Lease, license agreements, terminal space leases, and respective amendments. Works with MAC Finance and Airport Development to ensure accuracy of space allocation reports for the purpose of rates, charges calculations. Drafts, edits, and interprets tenant lease and license agreements to airli
