This position is responsible for project and construction management of Authority’s capital programs including various aspects and projects of the Terminal Modernization Program. Provides leadership and critical thinking to develop strategies for successful program delivery. Develops capital procurement strategies, monitors contract compliance and performance, and executes internal controls and processes. Provides subject matter expertise for design and construction administration. Utilizes various internal and external resources to initiate construction implementation, integration, and logistics within a complex airport environment.
