The City of Philadelphia, Department of Aviation is seeking a VP of Facilities Maintenance to oversee the comprehensive maintenance program for Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE). This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will lead a 24/7 operation and workforce of 500+ staff members. Directs all facets of facilities and infrastructure maintenance, including repair and upkeep of structures, pavement and grounds, custodial services, and inspection and repair of electrical, electronic, HVAC, and utility systems, as well as maximizing the value of airport facility assets.
