POSITION OVERVIEW: Under limited direction, plans, coordinates, and directs the installation, maintenance, construction, and repair activities of skilled craft professionals, semi-skilled maintenance personnel, and airport contract employees and crews performing maintenance and repairs to facilities, building systems, and equipment. Supervises and evaluates routine and complex maintenance and repair work. Plans and coordinate all airport maintenance and repair work on one or more facility systems (e.g., Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Life Safety, Security, Carpentry, and General Maintenance.
