Conducts airfield inspections in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulation Part 139. Serves as incident commander for all aircraft emergencies, fuel spills, terminal and landside emergencies while coordinating with local, State, and Federal agencies. Monitors wildlife and acts accordingly as outlined in the Airports Wildlife Hazard Management Plan. Coordinates all airfield and landside snow removal operations. Reviews construction plans for future construction projects and monitors construction projects for safety. Maintains FAA required documents, such as Airport Certification Manual, Airport Emergency plan, Snow and Ice Control plan, Wildlife Hazard Management Plan, SMGCS Plan, and Security Manual.
