Under general supervision of the Director of Transportation Services, manages the daily operations of the Abilene Regional Airport (ABI). Exercises direct supervision over Airport Operations Manager, Lead Maintenance Supervisor, and Parking Attendants.   Develops and implements programs and procedures to assure that the airport complies with State and Federal regulations.  These programs and management functions include, but are not limited to: ACM, AEP, ASP, WHMP, PMMP, SWPPP,   Requires good judgment and decision-making.  Required to establish and maintain effective working relationships with airport stakeholders.   Reviews, interprets, enforces and implements Federal, State and City regulations, directives and policies.
