We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong connections within the airport industry and be passionate about promoting our advanced software solutions to airports. You will be instrumental in showcasing how our software can enhance airport operations and improve passenger experiences, covering all aspects from airside to landside operations.

Responsibilities:

• Present and demonstrate the IndoorAccess® ECO System to potential airport clients.
• Highlight the benefits of our software, including smart parking, indoor wayfinding, real-time luggage tracking, enhanced concession engagement, lost luggage resolution, and find my car features.
• Assist in developing engagement strategies and identifying potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with airport stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling engagement materials.
• Provide feedback to the development team based on client interactions and needs.

Requirements:

• Proven connections within the airport industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interest in aviation technology and airport operations.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards learning and client engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the aviation industry and airport operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
