Job Summary: The Vice President, Concessions is responsible for developing and implementing short and long-term strategies to maximize revenue for the Airport Authority to include overseeing in-terminal concessions, advertising/sponsorships, and rental car concessions.
Essential Responsibilities: • Leads strategic and business initiatives related to growing airport revenue areas, which includes in-terminal concessions, advertising/sponsorships, and rental car concessions. • Provides input to capital development plans to ensure proper planning of concession programs in future terminal projects. Directs the development, drafting, negotiation, and implementation of all business plans and proposals, Requests for Proposals, contracts, leases, and agreements with concessionaires. • Establishes processes and procedures for ensuring compliance of concession contracts, leases and other agreements. Identifies opportunities to increase non-aeronautical revenue, including exploration of new commercial ideas. • Responsible for developing, recommending and implementing strategic plans as they relate to rental auto revenue development and fit within the airport strategic goals and objectives.
Required:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
