The WMAA is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead its operations. This position involves the planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating of all airport administration, operations and strategic planning to ensure the highest level of safety, security and financial responsibility. The job includes policy interpretation, exercising judgment and leadership within a framework of policies, procedures, and laws, including, but not limited to, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and those promulgated by the Airport Authority. Successful performance requires applying public relations skills, and the exercise of initiative, tact, and independent judgment to ensure protection of lives and property, and the promotion of economic growth
