The Department of Aviation is seeking highly qualified candidates to apply for the position of Airport Senior Manager of Information Systems - Enterprise Systems and Applications (ESA). In this leadership role, the successful candidate will be critical to the technological innovation at Harry Reid International Airport and its General Aviation facilities. Reporting to the Managing Director of Information Technology responsible for the Project Management Office, the successful candidate will advance IT development and operations through specialized teams in three core areas: Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Enterprise Systems, and Application Development.

This position is a management position and excluded from membership in the union. Further, this classification is designated exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and is therefore, not eligible for overtime.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field and five (5) years of full-time related professional experience in an airport or a setting related to the assigned work area; two (2) years of which were at a supervisory level. An equivalent combination of education and closely related management experience may be considered. An advanced degree is preferred.
