The Airport Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with FAA and TSA regulations, conducting inspections, issuing work orders, and coordinating with airport personnel to maintain a safe, secure, and efficient operation. Key Responsibilities: Conduct airfield, facility, and infrastructure inspections for FAA Part 139 compliance. Issue and manage Notices to Air Missions (NOTAMs). Monitor weather conditions and assess operational impacts. Escort contractors and vendors to ensure security compliance. Enforce tenant adherence to safety regulations. Identify, report, and track airfield deficiencies.
