Under general supervision of a State Intermodal Division and the Aviation Program, the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) Development Manager performs complex work in developing, innovating, and managing the AAM Program. AAM involves integrating technologies, including vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) for urban and regional environments. Creating and implementing policies, plans and facilitates VTOL. Requires a high level of technical and applied knowledge in the AAM industry or the ability to learn, and the ability to interact and represent effectively at the highest levels of business, government, and academic sectors.
