Job Description This position is responsible for managing the operations functions for the Bismarck airport. Examples of Duties • Manages, plans, and coordinates the activities of the Airport Operations Department including: Operations, Security, Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF), and Police. • Manages and implements requirements of the FAA-approved Airport Certification Manual, Wildlife Hazard Management Plan, Emergency Plan, and Snow and Ice Control Plan. • Develops, maintains, and administers FAA required training for all airport staff. • Develops, maintains, and administers Security and Movement Area training for required personnel. • Manages and implements Airport's spill plan and storm water plan. • Responds to emergencies and coordinates the Airport's response. • Monitor
