The Clark County Department of Aviation (CCDOA) is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Senior Management Analyst - Compliance Officer position. This position is responsible for all aspects of CCDOA Commercially Useful Function (CUF) compliance reviews for federally funded projects pursuant to USDOT 49 CFR Part 26 DBE Financial Assistance Programs, including support and assistance in the development, monitoring, and enforcement of annual and project specific Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goals. Further, this position consults with project managers and other individuals regarding goal setting and DBE Program contract opportunities, compliance, oversight, and enforcement, as well as compiles associated documents and data to support the DBE Program for recordk
