What you will do:

Shape and execute the organization’s legal strategy, offering sound, practical guidance on a wide range of legal matters to support operational and strategic goals. Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively, ensuring leadership and stakeholders are informed and aligned. Build and manage key external relationships, represent the organization in high-stakes forums, and oversee the work of outside counsel.

WHAT YOU OFFER

J.D. and active membership in the Massachusetts Bar.
10+ years of legal experience in a public agency, law firm, or corporate legal environment with broad subject matter expertise.
Deep knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, with demonstrated strength in legal analysis, drafting, and negotiation.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor within complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
