Overview The Purchasing Supervisor oversees, guides, and supervises the Buyers performing purchasing and procurement activities for the City and its departments. Oversees bidding, contract development, vendor disputes, and payments. DEPARTMENTAL NOTE: The Capital Infrastructure and Development (I&D) Division handles multiple high-dollar, complicated procurements for capital projects across the Dallas Airport System. The Capital Procurement Supervisor (Supervisor – Procurement) would serve as an advanced lead for all capital procurements. This position will require an advanced knowledge of contract, agenda, and procurement management, and will serve as back-up support for all functions within the capital procurement team.
