You will lead the strategic planning and execution of the seamless transition of newly constructed airport facilities to operational use. This role serves as the critical link between the Engineering team and airport departments, including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Administration, the Dulles Toll Road and external stakeholders. Ensures that all systems, applications, and facility functions are activated and operationally aligned, fostering a safe, efficient, and customer-focused airport environment.
