Under the general direction of the Business Systems Analysis Manager, the Business Systems Analyst II provides both functional and technical support to end users concerning enhancements, issues, and projects related to the Authority's applications. This intermediate-level position involves increased responsibilities and autonomy in managing service tickets, ensuring timely documentation and resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLA). The position develops data collection apps and analytics (i.e. dashboards, reports etc.) within the suite of ESRI’s low-code / no-code applications.
