This position is classified as an hourly position within the context of Washington State law. Under the general direction of the Airport Maintenance Supervisor, conducts daily airport safety inspections, wildlife control activities and maintenance assignments as required at the Pangborn Memorial Airport, Waterville Airport and Mansfield Airport. Incumbent also provides airport fire protection services. Fire protection services includes standby coverage for scheduled commercial flights and responding on airport to a variety of emergency incidents, including but not limited to aircraft crashes.
