The work requires knowledge of techniques, methods and procedures for installing, configuring, troubleshooting and optimizing all related hardware, software and communication links. Work may be complex in contacts with others, requires courtesy, tact and effectiveness in dealing with others to request or provide information, ask questions or obtain clarification.
