SUMMARY:  As a member of the Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) management team, this position is responsible for the management of all phases of assigned capital design and construction projects in conformance with all State and Federal Regulations and performing related duties as required.  The work performed includes managing professional architects, engineers and general contractors.  Work is performed under the general supervision of the Senior Manager of Engineering or another higher-level manager.   This position requires ability to act in an independent manner with minimal supervision.
