The Manager of Technical Training and Administration independently leads the Management and Operations Division training and development program. The incumbent will develop a strategic training vision by partnering with department managers, supervisors and SMEs to document existing training programs and identify additional training needs and requirements. The manager will develop curriculum for technical training areas including, but not limited to equipment operation, driver’s airport operations area training, FAR Part 139 compliance and various technology tools. The incumbent will ensure training plans are executed by liaising with SMEs using up to date methods, tools and techniques. Success will be measured by tracking progress against overall business objectives as well as whether lear
